I want to force users to enter City and State/Region/Province when they add a new listing. I use the whole World Locations Database5 but in some Countries are no State/Region/Provinces or Cities cause they are to small (islands, etc.). eg: Anguilla, ...
For this countries is impossiblile to add new listings!
So what can I do to fix this issue?
