Fatcow.com is strongly do not recommended.
Have a problems while installing a script.
apache_rewrite_mod not supported.
cp1251 not supported.
mysql and ftp has bad usability.
helpdesk support is difficult reachable.
this is reasons to abandon this hosting.

Let's do research of this hosting before make such conclude, for example:
1. apache_rewrite_mod not supported.
"apache_rewrite_mod" may appears as disabled because PHP can't define status properly,
it means that this module can be enabled but php thinks that it is disabled.
2. cp1251 not supported.
To be honest, partly it was caused by our poor, the installation dump should not contains any cp1251 data,
all data should be in UTF8 format (we have corrected it in the version).
But any way the mysql server should allow cp1251 on the server.
3. mysql and ftp has bad usability.
4. helpdesk support is difficult reachable.
Here I can't protect fatcow :) probably some tools really not enough good, this is for you to decide...
