How to remove "Select Plan" from Add a Listing?

I currently have two listing plans: one free and one paid. The paid plan is invitation only, so I need to hide this from add a listing page. How do I remove or hide the "select plan" step so it defaults to the free plan? I also need to remove the categories from the paid plan to prevent the public from adding listings in the paid option.

You should create a new ticket with your request because it will be small customization and take sometimes. Include ftp access details in ticket too,
