Listing Boxes mysql error

I created the popular box and the recently posted box and wanted to create a third one that would have been the highlighted box, but when creating it the system throws a mysql error on a white page.
i can create two boxes but i won't let the third one anymore. Is this limited or is there something wrong with the machine?

you should be able to create as many as you want.

We have the error. Reinstalling the plugin will solve it.
