How to Enable HTTPS/SSL after installation

How can i Enable HTTPS/SSL after flynax installation, your SSL Protection plugin is [Deprecated], any help?

as far as I know you do not need do anything ?

After activating ssl using cloudflare on my domain the website is not loading correctly

What version do you have ? maybe check the above > public html > Includes > file location

we are using Latest Version, 4.7.1
