Recently added mixed size thumbnails

I have added couple listings and used Listing Boxes plugin to generate Recently Added box.

But pictures in that box seem to have different sizes (Screenshot attached)Attachment 1458

Can anyone respond please?

I am no expert at any of this, but i know there are various settings for image configuration located at Configurations > Image Settings.

Maybe check that out.
