Plan Using Issue

Hello

Another issue i have notice in the admin panel is that when a new person registers you have to each time go in the admin panel -> Plan using and grant a plan to this user else he/she cant submit listings. Is there a way where by default a plan is granted automatically when a user registers to the website?
