How to remove email address from agency module really no need of it as click on contact open web form. See image

Just go to your admin panel/ down to > user account . Registration fields and find it there and you should be able to make it in active if you want it gone altogether also this should be a user item in their own settings to turn this on or off, so you really do not need to worry about it.
