SMS Activating Plugin Error on OpenLightSpeed / CyberPanel

Hello, i am using SMS Activating Plugin, site is running on OpenLiteSpeed and CyberPanel. i get this error on registration using sms activation:

URL that plugin has issue:
http://domain.com/registration/sms-activation.html

Error:
This page isn’t working domain.com redirected you too many times.
Try clearing your cookies.
ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Please fix plugin issue on OpenLiteSpeed , i have checked on main domain and sub-domain.
