How to force location to be provided in RU when RU language is activated?

Third level of locations (Cities) are no longer available. How this issue could be sorted out?

1. The locations can be translated to each of language, but you need make it manually.
Go to AP -> Plugins -> Multi-field/Geo filtering -> select country -> select region -> click to edit

2. Go to AP -> Common -> Basic Settings -> Geo Filter -> check config "Number of levels in list"

All the regions and cities are translated already. There was a time everything worked well until I refreshed something in common ->refresh (probably I ran "MultiField: Rebuild Multi Fields (Add missing fields)")
It looks like an issue from hoster's side. Pls disregard above questions for a while
