My software does no work

Hello,

since the first day my software does not work normally.
the autocomplete on the google map doesn't work -> The map is blocked on SAN francisco impossible to change it in the panel administration.

all around the map and location doesn't work

I am a small business and I took 15 days to take care of the WebSite and I lost all my time

how can you sell software that does not work and let the customer in this situation?
i opened a ticket since 1 week XVG-686352 but nothing, no intervention.
