issue email verification for hotmail accounts

Usually, users who has a hotmail account do not receive an email verification .

Check your spam box and mark it as 'not spam'

also use smtp method in Basic Settings > Email > Mail method > smtp

I am already using smtp method on my admin panel. But usually hotmail account owner doesn't get verification email after open new account. I usually activate user accounts manually via the admin panel.
