Will be nice to have a Manage Plugin Phrases for each plugin in the plugin section.
The phrases for translate must be only from the plugin.

i agree with this. we lose time every time with search of new words/phrases

Yes I agree, but we will add it in different way, we will just add filter by plugins on phrases manager page.
