Hello
I have a running escort website that got 800+ listings. Since a week, I see that some profiles have disappeared and are not in the trash box. I realize that these are upgraded listings to premium. I thought those should go back to standard profiles once the premium period expired but some of them were deleted. What can I do to avoid this situation in the future? Is this a misconfiguration?
This is a very urgent matter!!

Please check settings for the Trash Box. May be it was disabled. Admin Panel >> Settings>>General>>Trash Box when you enable it system will put all listings in trash box after removing.
Thank you Viktor. There are listings in the trash box but not those ones. They seemed to have disappeared.
I am sure it comes from the fact that those profiles were premium for 30 days. But after that they did not came back to standar listings. They disappeared.
Can it happeN?

If you select featured plan for 30 days when you add new listing pay date for featured and pay date for standard have same date and after 30 days both dates will be like expired and this listing will not show on site.
But if you select standard plan on add listing page with period 30 days and then go to upgrade to featured and select featured plan with 15 days system will show your listing like featured 15 days and other 15 days your listing will like standard listing.
