I'm not sure, if it causes serious problem for invisible ads when cron file runs.

EDIT: It is not an error, but better to use standard 'AND'
according below document, using '&&' will be deprecate in a future mysql versions.

Also i found same syntax problem in rlMonetize.class.php and rlAndroidConnect.class.php
