You can change on this file RLFIELDS.CLASS.PHP (includes/class/admin)

Change maxlength ;)

After editing file, change value on your admin value

You can set 9999 into Admin panel: admin/index.php?controller=listing_fields&action=edit&fi eld=description_add
Forget about description :)
But if you want more than 10k characters need some changes in the code.
