showing the account listing via seller-account page issue

Hello

In seller-account page , when i press the seller names ,some of them show the listings that belongs to this seller , but the others do not show any thing , although they have listings .
any help to fix this issue.

Hello Musfir,

It's not clear now, please clarify it.
But if you mean the Count of account listings that you can recount it via admin panel -> Common -> Refresh -> Recalculate the number of listings in all categories
This button will update all counters of listings in website.

What i mean , when you go to seller-account page in my site;

http://auskon.com/seller-accounts/.html

And choose a seller account , take this example ;
The seller who called Hanan Aqaria , in this page;
http://auskon.com/en/seller-accounts/H/index2.html
When you click the name ( Hanan Aqaria) in order to show his listings , system not works and no listings appear
And also the number of listings for this seller not correct , in fact this seller has more than 50 listings!!

So. the main problem is no showing listings when click on the seller name in seller-account page.


This problem does not happen with all seller accounts.

I think you need to create a new ticket with your problem. Because nobody can help you on forum. I think it is individual bug.
