Where can i change the comma to the price for a poin

You can go to admincp > basic setting > listings > Separator symbol in prices: change "," to "."

hi i dont have this separator symbol on my control panel please see the picture attachedAttachment 4227

You need to go to the "Listings" page.
On the .jpg you are on the "General" page.
