PHP Code:Only registered members can view the code.

I commented it, but nothing has changed. Activated back one of listings in admin, it appeared on the page, but when I open listing details page there is no picture visible.
I tried to change listing package from deactivated to available package but there is no package visible.
How to make one of the packages the default so that if the current listing package is removed or deactivated, the default package will take its place automatically?
