How to move title box under picture?

Hello, I have an escort template, and I would like to know how to move title box on a home page above the picture.Also , the field with country leave under the picture. Can u help me , please.

You can try to move it yourself. Open file: ftp://templates>>your_template>>tpl>>blocks>>featured_it em.tpl
