I left Hostgator and transferred my domain to Arvixe. I cannot seem to reinstall software. Can someone please help? Do I use the new updated software download or the original from my time of purchase version 4.4 This is frustrating.

Hi. I done it some time ago. You just need to copy all the files that you backup. Hope you done it :-)
Ad the sql copy also on the new server an just correct the config.php files with the right information from the new server.
Than it must work.
