Add "Send a text" and "Make a call" button

Hi guys,

Is there way we can add a "Text" and "Call" button for the mobile phone added by seller?
I did some research and found that the text button could be a problem because android and ios works differently is that true? I mean this text button could be a very convenient way to get in touch with seller.

I saw the button on rainbow theme and really like it. But it's call only button. Is there anyway we can create a button that user press on it, it will transfer them directly to their text message screen. Just like the call button where it sends users to the call screen.

I meant sms, mainly sms. But whatsapp as extra is awesome
