500: Internal Error This website is unavailable at the moment

I have been getting this since mid August.

Clearing Cache works for a while, it came and left on Chrome now its on all browsers. I have not been able to access the front end of my site at all. Neither have any repeat visitors. Does anybody have a fix for this, my ticket is 2 weeks old now and no fix, please can anyone assist?

Not sure what changed I host with Hostgator. The thing is I can access and make changes in back end, so the system is up. I updated IP Location Database plugin and then all this started. I disabled the plugin now in the admin panel but still get errors.

I am now at point where I will do a new clean install if I am sure this will resolve the issue and prevent it from happening again, but I am not sure this will be the case. Any advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated.
