banner plugin problem please help

i just purchased banner plugin but i have problem adding banners from front end it shows error UnUnable to upload the banner file; please contact the Administrator.

but i can edit banners from front end and add banners from admin

I have checked the banner plugin on my local machine with your image and all working properly. I suggest you create a new ticket with the problem and our tech support will solve it.
