Where is the Membership plans tab

Hello,

I have done the upgrade to 4.5 but the below tabs are missing in Monetization tab compared to flynax demo version ;

1. Listing Packages
2. Plan Usage Stats (instead I have Plan Using tab)
3. Recurring Stats
4. Membership Plans
5. Membership Permissions

Anyone faced this after the upgrade?

I have done the update based on the instruction provided.. Anyway I have compared all the transferred files but I have no clue of whats going on. Can I import the sql file again? maybe missing columns or sth?
