Is it possible to have a content box with just the listing types and not the categories?
You cannot do it with default functional. Only like small customization and I suggest you create a new ticket with the request.
I am going to keep this with a list of customization's for you in the near future. One at a time. I am going to have to sort through some of the customization's to see what will become of them, not all will be done.
