This page like blog post by users through my website with below options.
1. Read more button
2. It should be text page with small image.
3. Should have ability to post the text by Users.
Can anyone help me...
the is a plugin that connects to a blog option, did you try that?

In a rough way it could be possible using either news or the faq option (renaming them to blog) but would require some manual work and or yes you could hand build using pages as well. if you were not looking to do massive posts / blogs I suppose it could be done.
