Listing type service listing form not populated

Good day!

I've noticed that, while publishing listing in service, listing form is missing. However I've defined a primary category ( in my case "business & Offices") and build the listing form. But it seems like the form is not inherited by all subcat..
Ps: I've cleared the cache, updated position of fields/groups for each form.

Any hint?

make sure the subcat that you want to inherited from primary cat has no field in their form. Leave the form blank/
