Where are the install instructions?

I purchased a couple of days ago and due to my email server seemingly blacklisting responses from Flynax I don't seem to receive any emails from them directly. After some followup messages from me I did receive messages from David H from his Gmail account. I received my login details from him however I am wondering if I am missing some instructions about how to do the initial install?

The PDF software manual doesn't appear to actually have install instructions or a table of contents? I realise that Flynax offers a free install the first time around but would like to be able to do it myself to learn how.

What am I missing? Where are the install instructions?

nope, the instruction didn't include in the email. We will change the email and include installation link in the near future.
