It is simple :) You deactivated Sellers account type. Please check there: https://www.mundiclasificados.com/ad...it&type=dealer
Please be attention when you deactivate or remove account/listing types or pages.

But, I only want one account on the site which is USER, every user will get their personal address....and would like the Agents and Dealers to update upon every registration. Is this possible?

and deactivate this page: https://www.mundiclasificados.com/ad...page=at_dealer

I tried setting Only Users as the only account, but now the Sellers/Agents page is not visible...it says it has been disabled or restricted, how can I make it available?

At first, you deactivated Seller/Agents here: https://www.mundiclasificados.com/ad...=account_types
But page for this account type will be still activated. I said you deactivate this page too.
But now you activated Seller/Agents account type and you can activate page with the same name too.
