504 timeout after uploading new accounts trough phpMyAdmin

Hello,
I'm completely lost... I've uploaded new accounts yesterday trough phpmyadmin. First, of all special characters were loaded as "?".
Now, in the backend (ADP) I'm not able to see accounts list, or real stat about number of accounts, ads.... Today it's even giving me 504 timeout ( see attached).

Any hint or help will be really appreciated.

I've checked it on your side and not found the problem with 504 error

I see that some account names have ? sign, it seems that some symbol has incorrect encoding

Maybe you'd better create a ticket?

The 504 error comes while trying to load the accounts on admin panel in accounts section.
The ? sign comes from accounts that have special characters
