remove the Seller Info and Seller Location boxes from the listing page

Hi,

How can we remove the Seller Info and Seller Location boxes from the listing page?
I inactivated these 2 content boxes from the Admin panel but they still appear on the listing page.

Sometimes, i really feel, it is a tangled web!
The only way i could find at a limit time is:

Go to template_folder/tpl/content.tpl, and find below code
