Multi-field/Geo filtering on mobile

Hi i have a problem with the mobile version
the plugins Multi-field/Geo filtering doesn't work on this version, would you help me plz

Please consider version update to 4.2 version.

Or if be more exactly you need mobile_template/tpl/search.tpl
i think if you dont want to upgrade all website you can exctract the file from patch.


It will fix problem with dropdowns in form selection.

the sub categoris's block were emptyd!!
