*IMPORTENT*User Register BUG - some emails not allowing to register why?

When users try to register some emails not allowing it's through the error. email id not vailed . (See attached image)

When the user tried with this email id: momanbabyorganics@gmail.com its showed error "This email not Valid". but when I tried with the same email its not show any error.

But two more users also said the same error but I'm not able to get user email ids. If I get surely I'll share.

Are you using 4.9.0? Because I don't have that issue in 4.8.1

Yes, I have checked it on 4.8.1 and 4.8.2 and 4.9.0
Are you sure you wrote this email address without spaces at the beginning and at the end of the address?

I asked with User they replied without spaces they entered email id.
