Dealers Page SEO

We would like to know if it is possible to let each "Dealer Page" be more SEO friendly by being able to have their own meta keyword and meta description. Not sure if it wise to let them enter this themselve or if we should let the admin be the only person to enter the keywords.

What we want to be done is to use the "Dealers Page" as a directory so when someone search for a company in google and if they are listed in our directory and we have a good page rank we could show up in google result giving exposure to our website and we can also charge people for being in this directory.

Let me know if this is possible

You are right. If say someone type a garrage name in google and I have them listed on my dealers page, it is next to impossible for them to be discovered.
