Can I translate the word "featured" into another language?
Yes, with a paint program like i said above...
templates/yourtemplate/img/featured-label.psd if you use Photoshop
templates/yourtemplate/img/featured.png if you use any other paint program.
But there are feature default feature images:
EN
AE
AR
DE
RU
and a feature image that says "Top"
Yeah some sort of image editing like photoshop. I use adobe photoshop elements 6, its quite old but does just enough, plus it was pre installed on my laptop :D.
You may have something already installed on your computer or you might be able to find some free software to do this.
