After adding new top level category - entries missing in Content Box

Added a new top level category - Rentals
after added it, found that all was not working well
Upon checking found missing entries in Content Box entries was the cause of problems

After top level category - Rentals was added
Content Boxes new entries added were

1. Refine search (Rentals) (Rentals)
2. Rentals Categories (Rentals)
3. Featured Rentals

Content Boxes missing i.e. not added were

1. Categories(Rentals)
2. Search in My Rentals
