Search form in Search on Map

I want to create a new search form and use it only in the search on map section. Which file should I look for to make this change?

I think we can do it as a customization. At first, need to change code in files: ftp://includes>>controllers>>search_map.inc.php and ftp://templates>>your_template>>tpl>>controllers>>search _map.tpl
