Custom listing-boxes with one category please

Hello,

I am currently running a Real-estate classified with Houses, Appartements and Lots as categories !

On home page, I can only display listing-boxes with, Recently added, Popular, etc with all listing types included...

HOW can I display listing-boxes with only Appartement listings or only Houses listings for example ?

This would be a very useful feature to have a listing box showing listings belonging to a specific category or sub-category.

I'm with you also.

I have real estate classified and I want to add page with specific condition.
