Because otherwise the Cookie plugin will not work
Will increase loading time of site ( I got better score in Google insight without IP geo Location)
Does anybody else have issues getting the IP Geo Location database to finish? I get stuck at 59 of 60, files... 97% complete. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin.
