delete key in search bar (filter plugin)

I want to modify the url of the filter plugin.
I don't want the field key to be displayed in the browser search bar:

localhost/properties/sale-rent:Sale/

I want the url to be more friendly

I want to show only the value of the field

Unfortunately, it can't be removed completely because it is used as a key part for filter

You can create categories as Sale and Rent. And it will be more friendly in the url.
