Reset password for inactive users!

Hello all,

Currently, all inactive users (trash,approval,incomplete,pending) can send request to reset password!.
I think, it does not make any sense.

Solution:
Go to includes/controllers/remind.inc.php

Find:

Code:

Only registered members can view the code.

Change to:

Code:

---

Only registered members can view the code.

---
