I urgently need your helps.... I just noticed on my website that all my listings title has been changed with "listing" (see attached)!!!
How can I solve it?

Hello skorpion, my guess is that you may have deleted a master category and this is the result as the category has no listing fields / etc built.
go to the category concerned at select the Build option then go to Title and see if its blank, if so you need to re-add the listing fields that you want in there, so in title, it will probably be the title, in featured it probably is title and description, in-display t probably is title and description as well.
adjust to suit your needs then save
go back to your pages and hard refresh > F5

I've checked and the memcached method doesn't work properly for some reason (Basic Settings > Cache)
you can check it via your error log file (it's encrypted)
I brought it to "file" and it's working again.
