the "Seller Accounts" page, i don't have the option Apache rewrite module on.

May be you can install this module because links with rewrite module much better for seo. If you install it you should go to Admin Panel >> Configurations and enable rewrite module there.
when i install rewrite and click on a dealer its give me "ERROR 404: Requested page not found"
