install reference plugin not work

I have install reference plugin and i see also the box on the website but when you insert ref number of a ads
it don't found it

it says Requested listing not found.

please can you have a look to this

You need to rebuild reference numbers fort listings via Common > Refresh > Rebuild Reference number for listings
