Construction year

Can you please help me with the following problem?
I would like to disable the years 2019 and 2020 at New ad> General> Year.
Ask for an answer and possibly a detailed guide.

Please go to /includes/classes/rlCommon.class.php
Find:

Only registered members can view the code.

Change to:

Code:

---

Only registered members can view the code.

---

save and exit. Then go to admin panel->refresh->Update system cache and click Update button.
Then add a new ad and check it again.
