I see in developer console a lot of errors, most of them are related to server permissions that forbid using some files from your template folder, see screenshot

I solved the problem of access and errors 403 and 404 but there is an error
Uncaught ReferenceError: isLocalStorageAvailable is not defined
there and I think that not display warning message is because of this error. please guide me
