"Bug 238" add Listing Preview not showing

when i post a listing with the standart "post an ad" button,

i get a a preview at the end.

but when i click here

i dont get a preview at the end

why is that ?

Please check if both URLs run add-listing.html

this is the link to only get the property listing option and with this link the preview plugin has bugs both systemgiven links should have preview.
