Extra icons in Category Box

I'm trying to get the Category icons setup, but I do not know why I am seeing the additional print icons and circle with an 'x' icons. How do I turn these off?

Also, I believe there used to be a control under "Listing Types" that would let you define the number of columns you wanted. Where can I do that?

I opened your site and I cannot find same view as on your screenshot. I think you already fixed it by himself.
