How to Inactivate Countries more than one at a time?

I have 12 pages of countries and I want to deactivate all except the USA Please tell me I don't have to go through 12 pages of countries one by one....Any help:? Thnx

Go to phpmyadmin, export the table where countries are stored and edit their status in notepad++ (find and replace) and then import the table back.

i did it manually, just take a big cup of coffee and use a good mouse.
